We need to dot the tee's and cross the eyes on the official application form -and raise the $2K- needed to officially form the “Help End Marijuana Prohibition” Party to contest the State election due in the year 2002 and the State Electoral Office says we need a MINIMUM of 750 members, all NSW residents and enrolled to vote. The S.E.O stipulates that Membership Forms MUST be completed by hand and that we need to get it all done at least a full year before an election, which, by our reckoning is less than a year away, so we need to get it done in the next month or so, just to be on the safe side.
